{toc} ===Self-Registration=== The Registration Solution includes a Self-Registration component. * New members can request new membership online. * Existing members can renew membership online at the start of the annual membership drive. [imageright|Figure 1: Registration Form|getthumb.aspx?image=Solutions%2fRegistrationForm.png&big=1|{UP}Solutions%2fRegistrationForm.png] ====New Member Registration==== The provincial sports website has customized forms available for new member registration. Athletes, Coaches and Officials may sign-up. The [Jetfire Registration Form Web Part|Jetfire Registration Form Web Part] displayed to the right is the athlete form. It contains: * Athlete input/details * Usage instructions * Waiver statement * Waiver signature * (optional) Payment input for independents * "I agree" button When the new member completes the form and clicks "I agree", the athlete details and waiver signature are added to the club roster. The Club Administrator reviews the information and a discussion between the club and member is started. ====Membership Renewal Process==== The member renewal process consists of these stages: # The Club Administrator selects one or more members of their club that should renew their membership. This action sends a personal email to to each member to renew their membership online. # The Member reviews the Membership Form, corrects outdated information and agrees to the waiver statement. # The Club Administrator can review progress of Membership renewals. # Review the Registration Audit record - it contains the electronic signature, date and guardians if the member is under 18. # Review payment information submitted by independents. The Club Administrator uses the [Membership Renewal Web Part|Jetfire Membership Renewal Web Part] to request existing members to renew online. An example of the Web Part usage is shown to the right. * The Club Administrator selects members that should renew their membership. ** e.g. some members may have moved away, so they are not included. ** the Club Administrator may click 'Check All' to check all of the members. ** the Club Administrator may click 'Clear All' to clear the check marks for all of the members. * The Club Administrator clicks 'Send Renewal' to send the Membership Renewal requests via email to members. ** Note that the Web Part can be configured to send the email to the member to the Club Administrator. =====Feature Usage===== * Members must have an existing email. * Each member receives a personal email with the key to their membership record. * The personal email is sent to all email addresses for the member. ====Member Review==== The Member reviews the [Jetfire Registration Form Web Part|Jetfire Registration Form Web Part], corrects outdated information and agrees to the waiver statement. The form is the the same for as the New Member Registration, with the addition of the member's personal data. ====Monitoring the Membership Renewal List==== The Club Administrator uses the [Membership Renewal Review Web Part|Jetfire Membership Renewal Review Web Part] to review progress of Membership renewals. An example of the Web Part usage is shown below.
